I would like to convey to you both how impressed my wife Sonja and I have been with Lauren Atkinson, who we engaged in March this year to sell our property at 25 Laura Street. At all times during the process of marketing and selling our former home, Lauren was astute, professional, honest and committed to getting the best for us. Her conduct was of a consistently very high standard and as such she is both an asset and an excellent ambassador for your business.

We especially appreciated Lauren’s ongoing support and advice when our property took longer to sell than we had anticipated. Clearly it is difficult to anticipate at any given what direction at any given time the real estate market will take, but Lauren was always prepared to listen and provide support for alternatives such as placing our property on the rental market, which at one stage we actively considered. She was also forthright when she needed to be in advising us how (after we had moved out of the property) we could maintain it to best advantage for open homes and interested parties.

It is also to Lauren’s eternal credit that she was patient and diligent with the purchaser who eventually purchased this property, and who at times exhibited some challenging behaviour with regard to accessing the premises earlier than our contract stipulated.

In all of our many dealings with Lauren over the last few months, she exhibited clear expertise in the industry and was prepared to listen and work with Sonja and myself to make what is often a difficult and stressful process as productive and manageable as possible. Personally, we also appreciated her amiable and kind manner with our children, as well as her good cheer after being consistently being leapt on by our dogs.

I imagine that I am not telling you anything you don’t already know, but allow me to convey the highest possible regard in which we hold Lauren and, again, what an efficient, personable and knowledgeable representative of Living Here Launceston she is.
