We love spring at Living Here Launceston and are very excited it has arrived!  The gardens are looking lovely and with nicer days we are seeing more buyers keen to get out and about and visit more open homes!

The first weekend in October also saw the return of daylight savings.  Hooray!  We turned our clocks forward and now have an extra hour we can spend outside of an evening – or at a twilight open home!
