In all our years in real estate we have never seen a market driven so much by investors. The prices have increased as the demand outstrips the supply.  What does this mean?  It means that this is an excellent time to sell your property.  We are experiencing a big volume of off market sales and our vendors are extremely pleased with the prices that are being achieved.

For first home buyers this is not good news.  Investors are organised and often financially secure so they are ready to pounce on any new listings.  Buyers agents are also playing a huge role in this investor driven market.

Rental prices are still increasing as the vacancy rate in Launceston remains very low and the investors want to achieve a good return on their investment.
