Press release

The many property investors in the eastern suburbs will be seeing a new name bandied around this month, and noticeable new colour on New South Head Road, with the launch of Living Here Double Bay.

Well-known local property management specialist Trevor Leach and his team (formerly Ray White Double Bay Property Management) are swapping the famous yellow real estate name for the new specialist Living Here brand to provide a more holistic approach to the property portfolio cycle.

The investment specialist business is committed to enhancing the property management process for investors. And with so many investors in the eastern suburbs, Trevor Leach says even the sale of investment properties requires a specific focus and pitch to the market.

“Investing in this part of the east makes sense. The population is growing with young professionals and families and just under 20 per cent of the local population are renters,” Mr Leach, who lives locally and has worked in property management for 37 years, said.

“The agency specialises in investment properties for lease and for sale. We will advise and carry out the entire investment cycle for our clients.”

One of the key offers will be the previewing of investment properties for sale to their investors and registered prospective vendors first.

“It will be our sneak peek to our valued clients – giving a significant advantage in seeing properties before they go to market and knowing their return and rental history. It is an exclusive viewing window before it goes to market formally.”

The sales element of investment will be directed by Conrad Nissirios, a professional sales agent, trainer and auctioneer with over 25 year’s experience working in Sydney’s real estate industry.

“He is bringing an immense wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He is a former principal of two successful real estate agencies and awarded as a top national salesperson.”

“The many investors who currently have their managements with us know it will be the same experience, more services and a bigger team. We’re committed to a  seamless changeover, with the added bonus of providing investment opportunities first to our known prospective and expanding investors from our clients who wish to sell their investments. The offering would be to our clients first before going to the open market.”

The Double Bay median house price is $2.4m and the unit median is $860,000.

“We know investors want reliable, responsible tenants who pay fair market rent, on time, while maintaining the premises as if it is their own. The key to peace of mind is communication – the days of chasing your agent or manager for information are truly over. We own our own investment properties and as an investor myself, I know what investors desire and expect in their portfolio management.”

The Living Here brand is powered by the largest real estate network in Australia, whose chairman, Brian White says it is about specialisation in investment portfolios.

“I am pleased to announce the release of Living Here – a specialist property management service, powered by the Ray White Group. Offering the highest standards in property management has become one of our obsessions.”

“The move to Living Here will allow Trevor and Judy to enhance their offering to investors to include investment sales to ensure a seamless transaction should you wish to sell your property or add to your portfolio,” Mr White said.

“The Living Here Double Bay team will continue to receive full support and training, including all of the Group’s technology and product systems designed to continually improve our skill set and offer the standards expected of our members.”
