Are we seeing good old market forces beginning to regulate the rental market?

After a period of exceptional growth in rentals, recent numbers are indicating a slight settlement of a very delicate subject. Property vacancy rates are rising and in some instances actual rental values have decreased. Both good signs that market forces are gaining traction. We have noticed the higher end of the market is still buoyant with the middle slowing and the lower still quite strong.
