Although the date hasn’t been announced yet we know that an election is on its way. Election time seems to come around quickly and the question that will be asked is “Should I buy or sell now or wait until after the election?”

The reality is that no major political party wants a property downturn. They certainly don’t want to be seen to be contributing to the housing crisis. At worst an election may cause some hesitation amongst buyers and sellers but that gives way to opportunities for the well informed.
