With nearly 60 years combined experience, husband and wife team, Rod and Cheryl Atkinson launch Living Here Launceston this week. The new venture allows a more concentrated effort to enhance the real estate process, particularly for purchasers of investment properties.

Rod and Cheryl made the decision to join the Living Here brand after operating as Ray White Launceston for 22 years.

“During the past 22 years we’ve belonged with Ray White, and we’ve loved every minute of it, so making this change was a huge decision for us.  With a second Ray White Office within Launceston, it was becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate between the two offices. Therefore, we made the change to Ray White’s fresh, new brand, Living Here,” Cheryl explains.

“Being part of the Living Here brand allows us to provide a full-circle approach to real estate, helping property investors find their perfect property and offering a greater property management service to our clients, while keeping all the resources and support Ray White offers.”

The Living Here brand is powered by the Ray White Group. Chairman, Brian White, says its about specialisation in investment portfolios.
