With sale prices exceeding vendors expectations and rental properties in high demand, the team at Living Here is being kept very busy. Typically we have several buyers for each property we list and several applicants for every rental.

It’s a wonderful time to work in this industry. We meet so many people and we are constantly in contact with those who are hoping to move to our beautiful city and make Tassie their home.

However, this is also a frustrating time for those buyers and renters who cannot find a property because the competition is so fierce. People need to be incredibly organised with finance arranged, application forms filled out in advance and unfortunately there is pressure for those looking to make quick decisions.
